Delivery and collection
We deliver in Gaborone and the surrounding areas. Other areas are quoted on request, depending on quantity and route.
Delivery is arranged when your order is confirmed. You will be given a delivery day and a time window, and the driver will call or message before arrival.
Frozen chicken is transported frozen and must go straight into a freezer on arrival. Dressed chicken is transported chilled and should be refrigerated or cooked on the day of delivery. Live birds are delivered in crates and should be given water and shade immediately.
Day-old chicks are collected or delivered by arrangement on hatch day. Have the brooder warm and ready before they arrive. See the guide on starting a broiler flock.
Collection from the farm is available by appointment. The collection address is shared when the order is confirmed.
